By creating an account or using Craze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Craze, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from Craze
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You may only maintain one account
• You must verify your student status when requested
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access content

5. Content Rights and Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Craze a license to use, display, and distribute it
• You represent that you have rights to all content you post
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• You are solely responsible for your content
• Profile photos must be recent, accurate representations of you

6. Payments and Premium Access

• Free accounts have limited features; premium access plans and Super Like add-ons require payment.
• Payments for time-based premium access (1-month, 3-month, or 9-month plans) must be made in advance.
• Premium access is not a subscription and will not auto-renew after the selected duration ends.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• We may update pricing or available payment methods with prior notice to existing users.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases made on Craze — including premium access plans, Super Like add-ons, or any other paid features — are final. Since Craze offers time-based premium access (not subscriptions), payments are made in advance and are non-refundable once processed.

No Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for any reason, including unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with features. Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law or under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• Your profile and content may be deleted
• Outstanding payments remain due
• These terms continue to apply to past use

9. Disclaimers

Craze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not:

• Guarantee you will find a match or relationship
• Screen or verify all users beyond student verification
• Control user interactions or conduct
• Guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• Take responsibility for user-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craze and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Interactions with other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or errors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Craze harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of others' rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Craze is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or app notification.

15. Safety and Meetings

• Always meet in public places for first meetings with matches
• Inform friends or family of your plans
• Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety
• Craze is not responsible for in-person meetings between users
• Report suspicious behavior immediately
