Craze is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for college students to connect authentically and build meaningful relationships. These guidelines help us maintain a positive community for everyone.

Be Respectful Always

• Treat every member with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or hate speech of any kind
• Respect boundaries when someone expresses disinterest
• Be mindful and celebrate diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences
• Use appropriate language and maintain a positive tone in conversations

Prioritize Safety

• Never share sensitive personal information like your home address or financial details
• Always meet in public, well-lit places for first dates
• Inform a trusted friend about your plans and whereabouts
• Trust your instincts—if something feels wrong, it probably is
• Report suspicious behavior, profiles, or messages immediately
• Use our in-app chat before meeting in person

Be Authentic

• Use only real, recent, and unedited photos of yourself
• Be honest and genuine in your profile and all conversations
• Maintain only one account per person—no duplicates
• Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in an accredited college
• Provide accurate student verification when requested

Strictly Prohibited

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation of any kind
• Violence, threats, intimidation, or promotion of self-harm
• Spam, scams, phishing attempts, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation, catfishing, or creating fake profiles
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Sharing others' private information without consent
• Underage users or content involving minors

Reporting & Enforcement

We take violations seriously. If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting feature. Our dedicated safety team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Consequences for violations include:

• First offense: Warning and educational resources
• Repeat offenses: Temporary account suspension
• Severe violations: Permanent ban and potential legal action
